This Privacy Policy describes how ATN Marketing SRL ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the EmailAI.me website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who We Are

2. Email Content You Submit

We do not store, log, or retain any email content you submit through our tools. When you use any EmailAI.me tool : including the AI email generator, reply generator, subject line generator, proofreader, or any other tool on this site : the text you enter is sent to our server, processed in real time via the OpenAI API, and the generated result is returned to your browser. Once the response is delivered:

  • Your input text is not saved to any database or file system.
  • The generated output is not stored on our servers.
  • No email content is used for model training, analytics, or any purpose beyond generating your immediate result.
  • We do not have the ability to retrieve, review, or reconstruct any text you have submitted after the request is complete.

This applies equally to all tools across the site. Your email content is transient : it exists only for the duration of the API request and is discarded immediately after.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit EmailAI.me, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address : used for rate limiting (enforcing the daily free generation limit) and basic abuse prevention. IP addresses are not linked to email content and are not used for tracking or profiling.
  • Browser type and version : used for ensuring compatibility and diagnosing technical issues.
  • Device type : used for responsive design optimization.
  • Pages visited and timestamps : used for understanding aggregate traffic patterns.
  • Referring URL : used for understanding how users find the site.

3.2 Cookies

EmailAI.me uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • Rate limiting : a cookie may be set to track the number of email generations you have used during the current day. This cookie contains a counter, not personal data.
  • Analytics : if we use analytics services (such as Google Analytics), those services may set their own cookies to collect aggregated, anonymized usage data. See Section 5 for details.

We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect the rate-limiting functionality.

We do not collect or require:

  • Names, email addresses, or account credentials (no account is required to use the Service).
  • Payment information (free web tools do not involve transactions; app subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple and Google).
  • Email content beyond the transient processing described in Section 2.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 OpenAI API

Email content submitted through our tools is processed using the OpenAI API. When you generate an email, your input text is sent to OpenAI's servers for processing and the result is returned to you. OpenAI's data handling practices are governed by their own privacy policy and API data usage policies. As of the date of this policy, OpenAI states that data submitted through their API is not used to train their models. We encourage you to review OpenAI's privacy policy for the most current information.

5.2 Analytics

We may use third-party analytics services to collect anonymized, aggregate data about site usage. These services may set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, session duration, and geographic region. Analytics data does not include any email content you submit.

5.3 Hosting

The Service is hosted on third-party infrastructure providers. These providers may have access to server logs containing IP addresses and request metadata as part of standard hosting operations. They do not have access to email content, which is processed in memory and not written to disk.

6. Data Retention

  • Email content: Not retained. Discarded immediately after the API response is delivered to your browser.
  • Server logs: May be retained for up to 30 days for security monitoring and abuse prevention, then automatically deleted.
  • Analytics data: Retained according to the analytics provider's standard retention policies (typically 14 to 26 months for aggregated data).
  • Rate-limit cookies: Expire at the end of each calendar day.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
  • Encrypted connections to the OpenAI API for processing requests.
  • No persistent storage of email content, eliminating the risk of content-related data breaches.
  • Access controls limiting server access to authorized personnel only.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights
